Mangaladevi Temple

The Mangaladevi Temple is a Hindu temple at Bolara in the city of Mangalore. The temple is dedicated to Hindu god Shakti in the form of Mangaladevi. The city of Mangalore is named after the presiding deity, Mangaladevi.

Shree Durgaparameshwari Temple, Bappanadu

The 800-year old Bappanadu Durga Parameshwari Temple situated on the banks of the Shambhavi River in Mulki. This temple was constructed by a Muslim merchant named Bappa. The Temple is also famous for its Bappanadu's Dolu (musical drum), a large drum featured at the entrance of the temple.

Milagres Church

Milagres Church is a late 1600 Roman Catholic church and one of the oldest in Dakshina Karnataka dedicated to Church of Our Lady of Miracles. The major aspects that draw tourists are the century-old architecture, its religious significance and historical importance.

Sultan Bathery

Tipu Sultan constructed this watchtower to keep a lookout for the entry of warships into the Gurpur River. The battery, made from black stones had been given the look of a miniature fortress.
